    2 months ago – HMRC keeps sending correspondence to someone who doesn't live at my address
    I have received 10 letters, 3 from different addresses from HMRC, addressed to my address but with someone else’s name on the letters. I returned 2 of the letters to HMRC with letters, but nothing has been done by them to stop this person using my address with HMRC, in exasperation today, I rang HMRC fraud dept, they were helpful, but I have now received an email saying this is not a police matter and no action will be taken, apart from them saying they will use the info I have provided. I’m frightened and very upset as this person keeps fraudulently giving my address to companies plus HMRC.
