RE: P85 for past years
Hello, I have a question regarding to the P85 for the 2023/24 year. I stopped working and left the UK at the end of the 2023 year and then I filled the p85 form to claim a tax refund. Recently, I received that tax refund. The question is if I change my mind, would it be possible to go back to the UK to work. My graduate route visa is ending on June 16th, 2024. That means I can still go back to the UK with this visa. So, can I pay the tax refund back to the government and ask for a work permit from my old work place after that? Thank you Kind regards, Chak
