Hi, I’m 19. For the past year I have applied to find my Child Trust fund account numerous times. Upon each time I apply I recieve a letter saying that someone is unable to trace a record for me. And they ask for a full birth certificate. Which I have sent every time I received this letter. But whenever I post this letter. I never recieve any sort of response or anything. I’ve tried to find someone to call and email. There’s no contact informational available. Every Hotline number on HMRC website I call say they aren’t involved in this and when I ask who to contact they say they don’t know. It’s been incredibly frustrating in terms of the process and not being able to claim any of my money. Even on the letter it says to reach out using CTF reference code but doesn’t specify where to contact. If you could please help me it would be superb
