Hello, I filled in form 17 (Declare beneficial interests in joint property and income) last month and signed and sent it first class and haven't received any kind of acknowledgment. Would I expect an acknowledgement? And, if so, how long would it generally take? I'm not sure if I should re-post it or not. I did forget to post the transfer deed that showed I owned 99% of the property at the same time but thought they would be in contact if the evidence was not sufficient. Is there anyway to send it again online? Do I need to wait for an acknowledgment before completing my self assessment or can I continue and send it in before? I don't want to get in trouble or mess up the numbers if they are assuming I am claiming for 50% instead off 99%. Anyone with experience, I would appreciate it, thanks.
