  • Childcare Vouchers- Employer benefit

    Hello, we have a member of staff who is in receipt of the max amount of childcare vouchers- £243 per month via salary sacrifice.
    In addition to this they are also in receipt of a historical childcare benefit that they retained following a TUPE agreement of £233 per month which is paid into her Childcare voucher account by us her employer.
    I wanted to clarify that the employee is entitled to receive both the salary sacrifice CCV and the benefit CCV even though it is above the £243 limit as the additional £233 is paid as a benefit?
    Am i right in thinking that the benefit amount should be reported via P11D?

  • Car salary sacrifice- underpayment

    Hello there, If an employee has underpaid the money due on a salary sacrifice car agreement from a previous tax year are we right to recover the net amount? employee 1 credited £71 gross in error at the end of the agreement employee 2 credited £90 gross in error at the end of the agreement but should have been deducted £115 - total amount now owed £205 Thanks
