Hello, we have a member of staff who is in receipt of the max amount of childcare vouchers- £243 per month via salary sacrifice.
In addition to this they are also in receipt of a historical childcare benefit that they retained following a TUPE agreement of £233 per month which is paid into her Childcare voucher account by us her employer.
I wanted to clarify that the employee is entitled to receive both the salary sacrifice CCV and the benefit CCV even though it is above the £243 limit as the additional £233 is paid as a benefit?
Am i right in thinking that the benefit amount should be reported via P11D?
