Finally got email confirmation from HMRC today - 4 days after submission! -
RE: On hold of the payroll submission
Submission On hold since 21/11/2024. Tried numerous times. 'Resume submission' login succeeds. "Description- DataRequest for FPS; Request status -Success". Next screen shows headers "Submission type; Submission status; Submission ID details" but no data, just the Next button. Still shows On Hold with updated Time of Submission. View errors shows: "Submission error code: [blank];Failed submission details: Submission timed out. Please try again later." Not even receiving emails from HMRC confirming submission. (Though have receivied other emails from HMRC since, so email/contact is correct.)
