Foreign Income for a BNO Visa Holder

Dear Sir/Madam, My former colleague, who landed in the UK this morning, has a Hong Kong BNO Visa. For the next five years, is all of her foreign income exempt from taxes? Please advise. Thank you Martins Family

This depends on whether they are claiming remittance basis or not - please refer to Remittance basis 2022 (HS264)
