Hi, I own a company focusing on digital marketing activities. I am also director of this company since its incorporation in 2020. My company has a limited assets like computer, some office furniture etc. I am planning to sell my company to a strategic buyer in the same industry. Am I eligible to claim BADR? Kind regards,

You would not be eligible as Business Asset Disposal Relief is for sole traders not limited companies.
