No response from HMRC to an application for import duty refund using form C285

We made an application for repayment of import duty using form C285 over a month ago. The guidance notes state we should have a response no later than 30 days from receipt of application. We want to chase this up but nowhere can we find any contact details for progressing applications. Can anyone help with this please (who and how we should contact). Thanks

Hi MJM,

Trader can contact NDRC on customsaccountingrepayments@hmrc.gov.uk by stating they are progress chasing a C285 claim and enter "NDRC" in subject of the email.
