I have 2 jobs, one this year will give me 2 months worth of NI contributions at the Lower limit. The other which is much higher paid will pay about £15,000 but spread only over about 3 months. Would this give me a full years NI contribution or am I penalised for not earning a regular amount each month?

Hi,
You will not be penalised for not earning a regular amount each month.
For example, you could potentially earn enough in a few months to make that year a qualifying year for pension purposes.
Thank you.
