Good morning, With the new application process for an A1 being partnered with an S1, how would those currently without health care coverage apply for it (if they received and A1/applied for an A1 just before the change for example). Would they need to reapply for an A1/S1? Additionally, these is no option to put two addresses on the new A1 application form, in the past the S1 form required a foreign address, and the A1 required a UK address from what I understood. What information is needed to receive both documents at once?

Hi,
The S1 certificate should have been issued with the A1 if you are eligible.
If, this hasn’t happened, and you believe that you are eligible for the S1 certificate, please write to the International Caseworker Department at the following address:
International Caseworker

PT Operations North East England

HMRC determine whether an A1/S1 is applicable based on the information provided on the application, and the application will only allow you to input your primary address.
If your circumstances do not fit the application, you can provide a covering letter to explain your situation.
Thank you.
