S1 for living abroad

Hello. Im looking for help . I’m Polish citizen working in UK as a seafarer and I’m living in Poland. I’m on PAYE - NI and TAX payed in UK. I applied for S1 document to get Medical cover in Poland . Reply which I recieved stated that I need to contact Exportability Team of the department that administers it. Im trying to contact HMRC through phone but nobody is answering and today one of the consultant literally droped phone . What I need to do to get also medical cover on Poland ? Thank You for reply

You have applied for the correct certificate, however without looking at your personal records I am unable to advise you any further on this forum. z
You will need to speak to an advisor on our helpline. Lines can be very busy, but your call will be answered.
The number to call is 0300 200 3500 or +44 (0) 191 203 7010 if you are calling from abroad. Lines are open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm.

Hi, I have worked in UK for long time and now going back to Poland for retirement, so I have one following question only regarding "paperless" option: staying in Poland - is it possible to contact HMRC on-line (from Poland) to complete retirement package details and tax statement as well???
