Applying for an S1 with the new A1 process

Good afternoon, We have ran into situations in which we have received an A1 certificate before the changes to the new application process. With the only option to apply for an S1 independently being for dependants, what is the best way to receive S1 coverage for these individuals? Is it to reapply through the new process for a new A1/S1 together? Could I also confirm the process for having an A1/S1 sent together, as currently there is no option on an A1 application to declare both your UK and foreign address. Many thanks.

The S1 certificate should have been issued with the A1 if you are eligible.
If, this has not happened, and you believe that you are eligible for the S1 certificate, please write to the International Caseworker Department at the following address:

HM Revenue and Customs
BX9 1AN
HMRC determine whether an A1/S1 is applicable based on the information provided on the application, and the application will only allow you to input your primary address.
If your circumstances do not fit the application, you can provide a covering letter to explain your situation.
