Apprenticeship Levy not showing on PAYE Account

On our P32 we have amounts showing every month for Apprenticeship Levy but this amount doesn't show in our PAYE account in our Government Gateway account. We have had our training co-ordinator try to access the levy to fund some training but when they log in, they cannot see any amount in our account. SAGE has confirmed that the P32 is correct & that the data is being sent. Am I missing something?
