We, as a company, have purchased another company & will be transferring staff to our existing PAYE scheme. I understand this is a succession & that the company we're buying finish them on the existing scheme. We then employ them from the next day.
My question is, do we fill in YTD figures for earnings & tax paid on our software? Or do we simply enter the relevant box on the P46 checklist?

We are moving all of our employees from one PAYE scheme to another on the 5th April. They will be re-starting employment on the 6th April on the new PAYE scheme.
As P60s are given to employees who are employed at the year end, do we send them to our employees?
Our payroll software pro-rata'd the P11d value that our healthcare provider had given us. The only thing was, as the healthcare started mid-year, the figures given to us were for the part of the year the benefit had been provided for.
So we have under reported the value of the benefit.
Could someone please help advise?
