Hi, In order to transfer the shares from my personal account into Stocks and Shares ISA, I would like to sell the shares from my personal account and buy the shares again in the Stocks and Shares ISA on the next day. Does the ‘bed and breakfasting’ rule apply to it? If I make a loss on selling the shares from my personal account, could this offset any other capital gains I have made this year or will potentially make in future years? Thank you very much!

Hi,
It does not meet the criteria at SAIM8020 - Annual payments: meaning of annual payment so you do not need to declare it.
Thank you.
