Hi, I recently changed my phone and now I cannot get back my original authenticator related one time passcode app. I tried to start over with new ID and got new authenticator app and managed to approve all in signing. However I was not able to access my details as it was stated that I can only use one ID to sign my tax account. The instructions said that I need to use the old ID and not the new one. So I cannot use use the passcode with old ID now and I cannot access with the new ID either. How can I get access to my account now? Any chance to recover the old authenticator passcode app (QR code) related to first ID? Thanks for help. Jarkko

Hi Jarkko Aro,
When a customer changes device or removes / re-installs the Authentication App, they will need to reset their security preferences
If you can not do this online yourself, you will need to contact Online Services Helpdesk on 0300 200 3600
