How long to obtain a UTR ?

Hi, I have registered the self assessment for more than 20 days now, but still not received the UTR. How long it normally takes to wait for a UTR ? And where I could check the status in case there is something wrong with my registration ? (I am to file the self assessment for year 2022/2023, and so wish to have the UTR and hence file the tax as early as possible) Thank you.

It can take up to 4 weeks to receive your UTR. If you haven't received your UTR 28 working days after your application,
