Dear HMRC, I moved into my property over 4 years ago and I am still getting letters from HMRC for the previous owners' company( as registered the company address as the home address.) I have sent these letters back to HMRC numerous times stating " Not at this address". Having checked companies house the previous owners have since changed the address twice. So I am not sure why HMRC keeps sending letters to my home. Would you kindly advise what I should do, whether or not this is a mistake and whether or not I need to call HMRC so that they can stop sending? Many thanks

Hi,
Our records normally mirror the Registered Office address, as detailed at Companies-House.
Based on your comments you may wish to follow our guidance at : Reporting scams pretending to be from Companies House
Thank you.
