Hello, For companies established in the UK, can you please guide me on which declarations these companies are required to submit, other than VAT returns, EC sales lists, Intrastat declarations, and CIS? Thank you

Hi
The statutory obligations of UK companies are covered by the Companies Act 2006.
This includes the duties of a director which are integral to the running a company.
For specific guidance on running a limited company please visit:

Thank you

Hi, Thank you for your reply. Other than the responsibilities mentioned in your comment above, which impact the person "director" directly instead of the company, Are there any other declarations that the company should submit besides the VAT returns, Construction Industry Scheme, and Intrastat? Thank you,

Hi,
For VAT purposes the main obligation is to submit your Making Tax Digital returns to us.
There are other obligations depending on where your business is established as if the business is in Northern Ireland there can be obligations to send in EC sles returns and Intrastat declarations.
VAT on movements of goods between Northern Ireland and the EU 17. EC Sales Lists
VAT on movements of goods between Northern Ireland and the EU 18. Intrastat
Thank you.
