RE: Are UKIMS authorisation and simplified procedure authorisation both required on declaration?
So basically if we can use just one of these authorisations? Either SCDP or UKIMS but not both of them at once. -
Are UKIMS authorisation and simplified procedure authorisation both required on declaration?
Hello, i would like to know, if when we declare import in Northern Ireland and we have a authorisation for simplified procedure and for UK Internal Market Scheme, do we need to put them both into the declaration in data element 2/3 ? Thanks in advance Tomas -
Authorisation for simplified is relevant for both GB and Northern Ireland?
Hello, I would like to know, if we need to obtain separate authorisation to use simplified import in GB and separate in Northern Ireland or is it just one for the whole UK? Thanks in advance -
Exporting/Importing To Northern Ireland from GB using GVMS
Hello, I would like to know the process as a trader when exporting the goods from GB to NI using GVMS. We have direct connection to CDS, we don't use TSS. I'm assuming, I don't need to make an export declaration in GB, I make the pre-lodged import declaration in NI before the goods leave the port and than the carrier takes care of GMR from GVMS and also entry summary declaration. Is this right process flow? What kind of documents should I provide to carrier? Thanks in advance -
RE: Is export declaration required when moving goods from GB to NI?
Thank you for your answer, would you be so kind, providing me a reference to some webpage or some document where can I find this information? I searched a lot and found it only in document called Tariff Volume 3 Great Britain Supplement, but nowhere else. -
Is export declaration required when moving goods from GB to NI?
I would like to know, from a business perspective, when we are selling goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland, is it required to lodge a export declaration in UK and then import declaration in NI, or we just need to declare import in NI? Thanks in advance
