RE: Query on ISA opening and funding
Hi
ISA transfers should take no longer than: 15 working days for transfers between cash ISAs or 30 calendar days for other types of transfer.
If your transfer takes longer than it should, contact your ISA provider.
If you’re unhappy with the response, you can take the matter up with the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Have a look at the guidance on Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs) for more advice.

RE: Claim full relief on foreign tax credit relief
Hi
The drop down menu is for the highest rate of tax relief due based on the rate of UK tax that you pay and not the actual income.

RE: Self assessment - incorrect tax code/personal allowance
Hi
If you receive the marriage allowance transfer from your husband you do not need to declare this on your tax return.
Once we receive your Self Assessment tax return the system will pick up the transfer and amend the calculation.

RE: Foreign tax credit relief
Hi Michael Rovatsos
In the employment section, you would enter "N/A" for the employer reference. You would also declare the foreign employment income, to include the income in the tax calculation.
If foreign tax was paid, you also declare the foreign income and tax in the foreign section, along with the tax paid. This will allow you to claim a foreign tax credit of up to 100% of the foreign tax paid.
The maximum foreign tax credit you can claim is the equivalent of the UK tax payable on the employment, where the UK tax is lower than the foreign tax or the foreign tax paid where the UK tax is more.
Thank you
