RE: Business mileage from home to various sites
Hi SBEGUM,
Travel to and from a place of work is generally considered private travel and no tax relief is permitted.
Tax relief can be claimed on travel from a place of work to other sites. As this particular site will be considered your place of work, no relief would be due.
The guidance on travel expenses can be found at EIM32000 Employment Income Manual.
Thank you

Hi Emily Mei
Yes as he hasnt received the UTR, it is best to reapply.
For the SA100, please refer to Self Assessment: forms ordering.
To complete the return you need to include SA105 and also SA109 as you need to show you are not UK resident and not entitled to claim personal allowances.
