We have a temporary import that we no longer require and have been told that we need a certificate of destruction. Do you know who we can approach to destroy the goods and provide us with the appropriate certificate? If you can please provide advice and help that would be great.

Thank you - do you know how the Italian company will claim the VAT from us - will they just invoice us direct?

We have bought goods from a company in Italy and they are delivering these goods direct to another business also located Italy on our behalf (so the transaction is not technically an export). Do we put VAT on the our invoice to the Italian company?
