Hello, I completed the self assessment return for the period 2022 -2023, how should I understand that it was accepted? Thank you in advance

Hello, I have received a Self Assessment Notice to complete a tax return for 6 April 2021 to 5 April 2022, but at this period of time I wasn’t a resident of UK and also I didn’t have any income in UK, only foreign income, does it mean that I don’t need to complete a tax return for this period? Thank you in advance.
