RE: Declare tax on savings
Hi,
The bank should submit the untaxed interest details to HMRC after the tax year end.
If you want to submit the details you can submit in writing to HMRC at:
HMRC, Self Assessment & PAYE,
BX9 1AS UK.
Once reviewed if underpaid the underpayment will normally be collected by deduction in a future tax code to collect over 12 months.
If you want to pay as a one off once you have received the calculation you can make a payment or part payment by debit card or commercial credit card using your Personal Tax Account.

RE: Deferred state pension lump sum
Hi,
You can get a one-off lump sum payment if you defer claiming your State Pension for at least 12 months in a row. This will include interest of 2% above the Bank of England base rate.
You’ll be taxed at your current rate on your lump sum payment. For example, if you’re a basic rate taxpayer your lump sum will be taxed at 20%.
You can find out more here:

RE: Self Assessment Threshold Change: How does this effect tax payments?
Hi,
If we can't collect your underpayment through your code and you're not a Self Assessment customer, you can pay via Simple Assessment instead. More information on Simple Assessment can be found here.

RE: National Contribution
Hi,
We are unable to advise you why this payment has not been transferred from self assessment to your national insurance record in this forum, as we are unable to review personal matters. It is possible that a work management item was created.
As the voluntary class 2 NIC is being collected through your Self Assessment tax return, you will be credited as having paid the class 2 NIC, when the matter is resolved.
Thank you.
