HMRC cannot comment on this as the record would need to be accessed to see what actual information is held. However you are correct in stating that a nomination is required within 2 years when more than 1 home is held at the same time.

Your gross bonus would be added to your gross pay, after salary sacrafice. Any amount of your gross over £50,000 would be taxed at the 40% rate.

In order to benefit from the new rate, you will need to claim from 6 April 2024.
You can do this via the HMRC app or the online claim form on GOV.UK - just search for 'new changes to the High Income Child Benefit charge' on GOV.UK.

Hi,
On your Personal Tax Account, click on the PAYE Pay As You Earn tile. Select 'Check your latest tax code change', then, on the page that follows, select the green box that says 'Check how we worked out your tax code'.
There you should see a breakdown of everything included in your code.

Yes it all changes in April and you can pay into more than 1 cash ISA. You cannot do that until 6 April 2024. as already paying into the help to buy ISA, you cannot open and deposit funds to a new cash ISA until then.

You need to declare it in the UK. if the tax is deducted in Italy you can claim this as foreign tax credit relief to reduce your UK tax liablility.
