You can use either of these methods for the vlaulation of the property as long as you can show where you have taken your figures from . If you are estimating expenditure you will need to advise us of this as we would expect receipts for any expenditure costs.

Hi,
You can either claim relief for the year in which the shares were issued. If this is the current year then we can adjust your coding. You can also claim relief for the year before if you wish. It is your own choice. You can even split between the two. You calim relief on the amount you invested. Please send your completed certificate to HMRC, PAYE and Self Assessment, BX9 1AS.

Hi,
This is because as a non resident you will not be able file online using HMRC software as there is no residency section on this and you as mentioned, no option for living abroad. You will need to either submit a paper copy, though the deadline for this has passed, or purchase third party software.

As the disposal of the assets is what the Uk would base tax on, this would be reported under the Capital Gains regime. This means you would have the Capital Gains exemption.

Bank interest and dividend income will need to be reported. If the capital gain is under the Capital Gain threshold then this will not be reported.
