As a limited company this will now be corporation tax that needs to be declared and will be different form your personal self assessment, the losses you have cannot be used against the limited company.

The accomodation is normally provided to allow you to do your job but this is not the workplace.

No as you were not resident in the UK during the 2022/23 tax year.
The UK tax year runs 6 April - 5 April and you did not arrive until 2023/24

MPF (Mandatory Pension Fund) of Hong Kong
Hi Joseph Chan,
Under the terms of the double taxation treaty, this income is only taxable in Hong Kong.
You do not need to declare this on self assessment.
