If you sign up for the Personal Tax Account, after you have been paid for the second job you can update your estimated earnings for both jobs and this will ensure the correct tax code is issued. -

You can contact us on webchat to give your personal information in order for the return to be checked and the correct advice given on how to fix it. Go to Gov.uk and search 'contact HMRC'.
Then choose Self-Assessment and go to 'Ask HMRC Online'. -

As a non resident, you cannot file online anyway using HMRC software as you need to complete the residence section that is not available.
A paper form is therefore required unless you wish to purchase 3rd party software.
Your return will therefore be SA100,SA105 AND SA109. -

I would suggest that a copy of your Marriage Certificate would be sufficient for this purpose.
I would also advise you to contact HMRC in writing to obtain full clarification of why your original forms were rejected. -
