I did the same. I sent CF83 second time.

HMRC received my application for valuntary contributions 29/08/2023. Last time, a month ago, when I checked for progress it was - reply will be by 08/2024. Today it says - You should have received a reply by 12 September 2023. Why is it so?

I sent form CF83 a while ago and appreciate that it is in a big pile but have now realised that I should have selected Class 2 and Class 3, not just Class 3, as I was working in the UK until I left and have been working in my home country since then. I think it would be helpful if I send a letter amending the form/adding further information but am unsure how to achieve this, i.e. how to ensure my letter gets linked to the form already submitted?

Hello. I filled CF83 and allready sent. I marked only Class 3 for gaps in contribution, but I work abroad in EU country, did I need to mark both Class 2 and Class 3? Is it posible to correct CF83? Thank you.
