Tax calculation not showing despite confirmation of submission 10 days ago

Hi there, I had my accountant submit my self-assessment over 10 days ago and it shows confirmation of being received when I log into the Government Gateaway however there is no final tax calculation showing - it states I have nothing to pay (which isn't true). Just a bit anxious with the deadline approaching, I would like to pay my tax as not to incur any penalties. Is there a processing backlog at the moment or is this something that I should contact HMRC about? Thanks

If the online account says that the return has been 100% completed you will need to contact our helpline.
In the meantime I would advise to pay the amount that was showing when you completed the return unless you have a reason to believe it would be less.
