Hello, I'm in the process of buying a property with my partner and the last document missing is my Tax Overview 2021-2022 showing I've paid all the due taxes. I've submitted my return at the end of the tax year in April and paid all was due after a few days. Payment shows as received (page states "This is the same as how much you owe. Your bill will be paid on 31 January 2023"), but I'll need my Tax Overview showing "£0 owed" to send to the mortgage broker these days. What can I do to speed up the process ? Should I call HMRC ? Many thanks Fran

As the amount is not due until 31/01/2023 our system would leave it as a credit until that date and the overview would not be updated beforehand.

If you contact our Self Assessment helpline we may be able to request it is allocated before then, however we may not be able to do this.
