Hi, I managed to get through to the online service helpdesk about an issue I was having where I was trying to recover my password but had no recovery device set up. After going through the security questions, the person I was speaking to said that there weren't enough questions available to let them get into the account and add my device. They took my phone number and said that they would get an advisor to call me back to get this sorted, but I haven't heard anything for nearly a week and the deadline is coming up in a couple of weeks. Can I call up and get an extension to the deadline until the issue is sorted ?(if it hasn't been by then and I've also made a loss anyway for this year) As I am also on Universal Credit being self-employed, so cannot afford to recieve a charge if noone gets back to me or if I am unable to get through on the phone (It took me three weeks of trying before managing to get through in the first place). Please advise what I can do in this situation Regards, Evan Lloyd
