Do i have to file a Self Assessment after reading message from my messages

On my personal tax account on the Gov .UK site,i read my messages this is the message i got. You don't have to send a tax return after the year ended 5 April 2021 unless: your financial circumstances change HM Revenue and Customs tell you to Does this mean I dont need to file a return, I sold my house 2 years ago and so have been filing returns but obviously i have not had any tax to pay as i dont recieve rent any more .

If your circumstances have not changed then we would not expect you to complete a return.
