On this page https://www.gov.uk/tax-relief-for-employees/working-at-home: It reads: * Who can claim tax relief - your employer does not have an office * Who cannot claim tax relief - your employment contract lets you work from home some or all of the time Both apply to me, hence I am confused now...

You can only claim if no office space is actually provided by your employer.
