Hi Dinesh,
As you have already invested the maximum of £20k in another ISA, you now cannot deposit anything further in this tax year. You can transfer funds as this would not be seen as new funds as long as it is the provider that does it.

Hi,
There are no Income Tax implications on the receipt of a cash gift unless the cash gift generates interest or dividends.
These would then potentially be subject to tax.

The French need this certificate in respect of the social taxes that they charge so the form is still required to show that you pay similar charges here.

As you need to complete a return then yes you decalre it again. You wont be charged twice as the return also asks if the gain has already been reported. You will then show the gain declared and the tax paid.

As you arrived in January 2024, the self employment from February 2024 is UK income and you need to declare this in a tax return.
