RE: Taxed employment income from oversea (Singapore)
Hi,
Article 15(1) and (2) of the UK / Singapore tax treaty advises that if your are resident in the UK while also working for a Singapore employer, working remotely in the UK, you are taxable on this income in the UK:
Singapore-UK Double Taxation Conveniton 1997
As split year treatment applies, you only need to declare your UK income and the remote working income in the tax return. In the interests, of full discosure, you could declare the non UK taxable income in the free hand notes box, so that it is not factored into any calculations.

RE: CGT on estate reporting.
Hi,
If you have reported the gain as an estate, you will need to log into the capital gains account for the estate and cancel to declaration by changing the entries to nil.
For Trusts and personal capital gains, you create a capital gains account using your own personal government gateway user ID and password. You can do this here: Report and pay your Capital Gains Tax

RE: Electric Vehicle on PCP as 100% First Year Allowance
Hi,
With a PCP you are only considered the owner of the vehicle after the balloon payment is made. Until then, you cannot claim allowances for this vehicle. Up to that point the vehicle is effectively rented.
Thank you.
