RE: Inward Processing Relief (IPR)
Hi,
If you’re authorised to use inward processing to process or repair your goods, you will not need to pay Customs Duty and import VAT on goods that
you import from outside the UK and then re-export from the UK.
There are 4 types of authorisation you can get to use inward processing, more information on below link:

RE: B2B SALES FROM UK TO IRELAND DIRECT DELIVERY FROM FACTORY IN EU
Hi,
UK customs charges are applicable if goods are imported into Great Britain from EU.
If goods are imported into Ireland from EU this will fall under the remits of Irish customs to offer advice.
If business making sale in UK is VAT registered then trader needs to contact VAT helpline for any VAT implications.

RE:How are EU anti-dumping evaluations addopted by UK ?
Hi,
Anti-dumping duty is an import duty charged in addition to normal Customs Duty and applies across the UK and the whole EU.
It allows the UK and EU to take action against goods sold at less than their normal value, defined as the price for ‘like goods’ sold in the exporter’s home market.
HMRC is responsible for collecting anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard duties.
For help importing goods subject to these duties, email: dutyliability.policy@hmrc.gov.uk
