Not yet received UTR
Hi moonyn,
You will need the UTR to file the Self Assessment.
If still not received then you will need to contact HMRC to review. Self Assessment: general enquiries.
If the notice to file the 2022/23 Self Assessment is sent late then you will have 3 months and a week to file the tax return before late filing penalties are charged.

Hi atn_23,
You would declare your self employment income at the end of each tax year on your Self Assessment tax return.
If November 2022 to 5 April 2023 this would be declared on your 2022/23 Self Assessment tax return.
The deadline dates for filing are 31 October 2023 for the paper tax return and 31 January 2024 for the online tax return.
