If none apply and you have sold a UK residential property and reported it within 60 days, you dont need to declare again in a tax return.

Your wife should contact us by webchat or phone via Self Assessment: general enquiriest -
we can then confirm if any amendments are needed to the details we have for her on record, which we then use to allow access to her online account.
If she cannot file online, she will need to send a paper tax return.

As joint owner you would be liable as you are disposing of your share.
You will need to send in a decalartion of trust to show that you have no beneficial interest in the property, this cannot be backdated.

A certificate is only applicable when foreign income is received.
If the Greek authorities will not accept the letter of confirmation, you will need to return this along with their rejection letter for an appropriate response to be issued.
