Hi edward Verrall,
The service charges and utility bills are not deductable for Capital Gains as there are not related to the acquisition or the selling of the asset.
Thank you.

Hi Paul Fletcher,
We would need to check that tax returns have been issued for the earlier tax years which would then allow you to file the tax returns online.
If you contact HMRC we can check this for you:

RE:Self Assessment Registration 2023-2024

If 2023/24 this will be 6 April 2023 to 5 April 2024.

RE:Went over my personal tax allowance
Hi Clara V,
If you do not complete a Self Assessment then the banks/building societies will submit the untaxed interest details to HMRC after the tax year end.
Once received we will review the record and if underpaid a calculation will be issued to you.
Thank you. -
RE:SA Return 2023-2024
Hi EVP20,
We would need to check the calculation to review this.
I would advise to check then entries made are correct and if so submit the tax return.
If you allow 3 working days to process to HMRC records and then contact us we can then review the calculation and if an amendment is needed can be made.
Thank you. -
RE: Adding Private Medical Insurance Tax Returns
