No, sorry the whole return must be submitted together.
As you cannot file online using HMRC software to include the residence page you will need to file the whole return by paper or buy 3rd party software

As not married it is likely that capital gains will be due.
Your original question stated the trust form referred to the rental income only. you would need to contact us direct on 0300 200 3310 for a definitive answer and it is likely that evidence of the trust is required before it can be answered in full.

The offshore fund is not classed as general income for the purpose of makiing gifts from general income - A gift is exempt from IHT if it can be evidenced as follows:
that it was made as part of the normal expenditure of the transferor, and
that, taking one year with another, it was made out of their income, and
that, after allowing for all gifts forming part of their normal expenditure, the transferor was left with sufficient income to maintain their standard of living.
