RE:Need SA303 for Mortgage
Hi rajsek_y,
The mortgage advisor cannot reject the downloaded version.
If you confirm the actual mortgage provider, we can check if its on our list of lenders/providers that will accept your copy.
If not, then you can write in for this to be issued by HMRC.
Thank you. -

RE:Want to pay my CGT today, but no way to report it and do so
Hi stu_b,
The real time system was only available until 31/12/23 to report any capital gains for the 22/23 tax year.
You will now need to register for Self Assessment and complete a tax return for the 22/23 tax year to declare your UK income and the cpaital gain. Self Assessment tax returns
Thank you. -
RE: Capital Loss

RE: Taking pension and continuing to work
Hi Robert Loch,
Based on current guidance, as your total income would now be over £100,000, your employment tax code would change as full personal allowances would no longer be due.
The pension payment of £26000 would be liable at 42%.
Any interest earned over £500 would be liable to tax at yor highest rates.
Thank you. -
RE:Employment in Italy, EU and UK national
Hi Katerina Targotay,
Your tax residence is a matter of fact and its not a choice to transfer it.
Please refer to:
RDR3 Statutory Residence Test.
This will then determine where the tax is paid.
Thank you.

RE: Last submission of Self Assessment
Hi Ming Fu,
If this is the only reason for a return then due to the extremely small amount, no.
Thank you.
