If you qualify for split year then you only report any foreign income for the UK part of the year:
RDRM12000 - Residence: The SRT: Split year treatment: Contents.
If you do not qualify then you will need to report all your foreign income to the UK:

The guidance at RDRM12150 at www.gov.uk will help you work out if split year treatment applies.

You would report the editing/writing as one source and the Reiki as another so that the income and expenses are declared for each source.

You can purchase 3rd party software to file the whole return or send the whole return in paper form.
If you choose paper, please include a letter of appeal against any late filing penalties.

The Higher Income Benefit Charge would stop when you became permanently separated.
If you are sharing an address but are separated and maintaining separate households, you will be regarded as permanently separated.

£119,652-SIPP £12625-Gift Aid £250 = £106,777.
This gives £6777 over £100K divided by 2 = £3388 this is dedcuted from personal allowance £12570 giving £9182.00.
The gift aid payments is grossed up by the 20% tax relief claimed by the charity.

If your Self Assessment was received 26 October then yes it should be processed before the 31 January 2024 payment date.
If you still have not received the calculation then you will need to contact HMRC to review this for you.
