When completing a return you only include repayments that have already been made for that tax year already outside of the tax return for the year.

The criteria for 22/23 is £100k.
For 23/24 it is being increased to £150k.
If you were below £150k we will have closed your record.

If you pay the amount, this would stop any further letters and interest being calcuated.
When the position is updated we can refund the amount.
If you don't pay then letters would continue to be issued and interest would increase on the amount.
