Hi, I am writing on behalf of my mum who is 82 and she lives in Spain. She is trying to obtain "a form" which she could complete giving details of "Change of Bank Details" Can you provide this by a link ? So I can download it and print it off for her. She has tried to ring and she has sent two letters asking for this form Thanks

I would like a written summary of State Pension calculation as I believe that the forecast is incorrect. It is difficult to access by phone so can this be provided another way please?

I am desperately trying to contact your department and have been trying for about3 months. Every time I phone in I am asked my name and NI NO. And address and date of birth. Every time I am told I have failed security and need to call back. They will not tell me what security I have failed. I moved 4 years ago but they will not take my new address because I have failed security!! Where do I go from here please?

Have you created a Govt Gateway account where you can update your details?? I moved 2022 to a non UK address and had no problems changing address. From memory the gateway account is easy to set up.

State pension age is changing from 2026 and my birth date is 21/05/1960 so can I get my state pension or have to wait one more year?

I am a Canadian who lived and worked in the UK for 3 years. I paid into the state pension plan every month but when I had to move home it was never refunded. I received tax overpayment back, which the Canadian government promptly took, but none of the funds directed to the pension. I’m 55 years old now and unlikely be returning to work there at this stage. How do I get my 3 years of payments back? I’m aware I do not qualify for a monthly pension payment, but I should have my contributions returned under the treaty agreements.
