When you do not have receipts, you can use estimates as long as they are reasonable and justifiable. You will also need to advise that you are using estimates and state why you have used an estimate and how you have worked out your figure.

No, as the CGT is a different tax year. You can use the real time if it is not UK residential property or you can wait until you submit the 2024 to 2025 tax return.

If you are UK resident and domiciled, you are taxed on your worldwide income whether you bring it to the UK or not. The only exception is where the laws of the country actually stop you from removing it.
