No as the period you lived in it is no longer applicable as you are taking the purchase date as 06/04/15 by using rebasing. By taking this date you have never lived in the property.

As no income for the last 2 years you dont need to do anything. As you will now be letting out your UK house, you will need to declare this in a tax return as this remains liable here and not
exempt so the DTA form is not applicable.
